THE FULL TESTING MENU

What we test, and why it actually matters

A test is only useful if someone explains what it means. Here's what each one measures, what a session involves, and the kind of question it actually answers — not just the name of the machine.

Performance and physiology testing. Not a clinic.

Every test below measures something about your fitness, strength, movement or fatigue, and turns it into a plan you can use. We don't diagnose or treat injuries — if something needs medical attention, we'll point you to the right person.

Six tests, mix and match

Most people don't need all six. Each sport page suggests a starting point — or get in touch and we'll scope it with you.

RUNEASI

Gait & jump analysis

Wearable sensors track how you actually move — stride, ground-contact loading, landing mechanics and jump height — while you run, jump or change direction. No treadmill lab required; we can capture it on your own track, pitch or court.

It surfaces the side-to-side and joint-to-joint asymmetries that don't show up until something starts to hurt, and gives you a baseline to retest after a training block or a return from injury.

LACTATE & INSCYD

Metabolic profile

A short step test with small blood lactate samples at each stage, fed into the INSCYD Power Performance Decoder to map your actual fuel use and fatigue thresholds — not a generic percentage of your max heart rate.

The output is training zones and a pacing ceiling built from your own physiology, with the reasoning explained alongside the numbers — not a printout you're left to interpret yourself.

MOXY

Muscle oxygen

A small sensor worn on the working muscle uses near-infrared light to track oxygen delivery and use in real time, through intervals, a race-pace effort, or a long steady session.

It shows exactly where and when a specific muscle starts to fatigue — useful for pacing a long effort, or for working out which leg, or which muscle group, is actually the thing holding you back.

MAT

Strength & asymmetry

A hands-on assessment testing individual muscles' ability to fire on command, comparing side to side and muscle to muscle — rather than relying on how something feels.

It's often the fastest way to find the actual weak link behind a recurring niggle, the one stretching and foam rolling hasn't touched, and gives an objective baseline to retest against later.

BIKE FIT

Bike fit & aero

A position assessment on your own bike — saddle height, reach and biomechanics — adjusted and reassessed while you ride, with an aerodynamic read where that matters for your goals.

The result is a position that holds up over distance: faster or more comfortable, and ideally both, rather than a one-off tweak that looks right in the stand but doesn't survive three hours in the saddle.

RAMP TEST + SWEAT

VO2max, heat & hydration

A ramp test to establish your real aerobic ceiling, alongside sweat rate and sodium loss measurement under heat — not a watch's modelled estimate.

Useful before racing somewhere hotter or more humid than you train, or any time you want a number you can actually trust sitting at the top of your training zones.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

Tell us what's going on, we'll suggest a plan

Every sport page has a suggested starting bundle for the issues that come up most in that sport — or just get in touch and describe what you're dealing with. We'll recommend a combination, not sell you all six.
